Meet the Triad Team
Our therapists have an incredible passion for their work and participate in continuous skills training, team mentorship, and professional development so that we can bring you the most up-to-date and effective therapy possible. Pelvic Health is a complex and dynamic field. It deserves more than just a weekend course.
We are committed to providing the highest-quality care in the Triad.
Cole Kampen, PT, DPT, PCES
Dr. Cole (she/her) earned her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in 2003, her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University in 2011, and her Pelvic Health Certificate from Evidence in Motion in 2018. After several years of providing Pelvic Health in other settings, she decided to open Triad Pelvic Health in 2021 in order to provide outstanding care in a healing and supportive environment. The demand for this level of care and attention in Greensboro led to steady growth of the team at TPH. She now enjoys her leadership role, where she can create community, mentor and educate the staff, and provide true relief to every patient who walks in the door.
Cole was raised in Greensboro, and is delighted to raise her 3 wonderful humans in her hometown. She enjoys reading, lifting heavy things, meditating, and spending time outdoors with her friends and pets.
Alison Presley, OTR/L, PCES, ERYT-500
Alison (she/her) received her undergraduate degree at Grinnell College and her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Winston-Salem State University. Alison has been an international yoga teacher trainer for over 10 years, guiding hundreds of yoga teachers all over the world.
Her own personal experience with pelvic floor therapy sparked her interest in this speciality. Alison has training in trauma-informed care, sexual health for all genders, and perinatal care. She looks forward to helping her clients build meaningful relationships with their bodies and cultivate their own healing journeys.
She loves sharing and hearing “dad jokes,” and will be happy to escort you to the door with a tap dance upon request.
Debra Schendell, PTA
Debra (she/her) received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her PTA degree from GTCC. She has been exclusively practicing as a Pelvic Health PTA for 10 years and has extensive experience in treating complex pelvic health conditions.
In addition to treating women and men with urinary and bowel concerns, she has extensive skils in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and visceral mobilization. She has also assisted in the development of clinical protocols for radical prostatectomy and postpartum concerns at Alliance Urology. We are thankful for Debra’s availability for evening and weekend appointments.
Carol Kinneman
Carol Kinneman, PT, ATC (she/her) has dedicated her entire rehabilitation career to orthopedics.
After graduating from East Stroudsburg University and the University of Virginia, Carol began her career as a collegiate athletic trainer. She later returned to Stony Brook University to pursue her degree in physical therapy and spent the next 10 years working in outpatient orthopedics.
The remainder of her full-time career was focused on upper extremity rehabilitation, where she earned her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential. Throughout her career, Carol has maintained a strong interest in manual therapy and the fascial system, always seeking to understand how different parts of the body work together to help individuals function at their best.
Now at TPH, she brings that same curiosity and problem-solving mindset to her work—welcoming the challenge of helping each person put the pieces together in their own recovery journey.
