Meet the Team

  • Cole Kampen, PT, DPT, PCES

  • Cole (she/her) received her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in 2003, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University in Minneapolis, MN in 2011. She exclusively practices Pelvic Health PT, and received her Pelvic Health Certificate from Evidence in Motion.

    Cole provides specialized pelvic health therapy services for adults of all genders and backgrounds. She is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), holds a certificate in Sex Counseling, and uses a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, and exercise to help her patients meet their goals. In addition to patient care, she prioritizes mentoring and collaborating with her staff as well as training and teaching aspiring PT students.

    She has 3 wild and wonderful children, a menagerie of pets, and loves spending time outdoors, playing games and in her garden, reading, and visiting with friends and family.

  • Lindsey Pope, PT, DPT

  • Dr. Lindsey Pope, PT, DPT (she/her) earned her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Winston-Salem State University. During her Doctoral work, she began furthering her knowledge and training in Pelvic Health. She also enjoys treating hip and back pain, using her Orthopedic experience and skillset.

    Dr. Lindsey aims to help her patients leave the clinic feeling pain-free, confident, and prepared to face their everyday life. Having experienced benefits from exercise, body acceptance, and gratitude, she strives to aid patients in their own wellness journey.

    When she is not at work, she enjoys snuggling with her dog, Hercules, reading a good book, tending to her assortment of plants, going thrifting, and exploring new places inside and outside of the country.

  • Alison Presley, OTR/L, ERYT-500

  • Alison (she/her) received her undergraduate degree at Grinnell College in 2003. Her love for movement and teaching brought her to Greensboro where she taught yoga and dance to students of all abilities across the lifespan. In addition to teaching yoga locally, Alison has also been an international yoga teacher trainer for 10 years, training hundreds of yoga teachers all over the world.

    Alison’s love for yoga and functional movement easily led her into the field of occupational therapy and she graduated from Winston-Salem State University with her MS in Occupational Therapy. Her own personal experience with pelvic floor therapy after the birth of her son sparked her interest in this very special realm. Alison has specialized training in trauma-informed care, sexual health for all genders, and perinatal care. She looks forward to helping her clients build meaningful relationships with their bodies and cultivate their own healing journeys.

    Though not a father herself, she loves sharing and hearing dad jokes and she will be happy to escort you to the door with a tap dance upon request.

  • Debra Schendell, PTA

  • Debra (she/her) has been exclusively practicing as a Pelvic Health PTA for 10 years at Alliance Urology, and has extensive experience in treating complex pelvic health conditions.

    She grew up in High Point, received her BA from Carolina in 1989, and her PTA degree from GTCC in 2012. In addition to treating women and men with urinary problems, she has substantial skill in treating bowel dysfunction. Debra’s training in myofascial and visceral mobilization are a few of the gems in her practice. She has also assisted in the development of clinical protocols for radical prostatectomy and postpartum.

    Furthermore, she is a true joy to be around, and makes Pelvic Health a comfortable and empowering experience. Debra’s also loves spending time with her 22 year old daughter in Manhattan.

  • Kelly Fotopoulos, Patient Care Coordinator

  • Kelly is Triad Pelvic Health’s Patient Care Coordinator, which is a perfect fit for someone whose world revolves around nurturing connections. She manages scheduling, referrals, billing, and ensures all patients are comfortable and cared for when they enter the door. You can practically hear her beautiful smile and caring heart over the phone.

    Kelly is a dedicated wife to George and proud mother of 2 remarkable daughters. Her days are filled with laughter, love, and baking when she is not in the clinic. (Please be sure to try her baked treats, often found in the kitchen or support groups :) Kelly loves exploring new trails with her pup and soaking up precious moments with family and friends. We are so thankful to have this bright and joyful woman on our team!
