Out-of-network
Services at Triad Pelvic Health Physical Therapy are covered under out-of-network benefits with all insurance companies. This means that payment is due at time of service (HSA, debit/credit, check, or cash), and you will be provided with the receipt needed to request reimbursement from from your insurance company.
This also means that we are able to treat each patient holistically, for a full hour, in an unhurried, healing environment. Triad Pelvic Health provides highly-specialized care, and believes that Pelvic Health patients deserve the best.
A Doctor’s referral is not needed, so you can call and schedule your care as soon as you would like. We do prefer to keep the rest of your healthcare team in the loop, so may ask your permission to send notes/updates and coordinate care if needed.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate, or estimation of your cost of care. Under the law, health care providers will give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Please notify Triad Pelvic Health if you would like a written GFE for your care. List of rates for service can be found here. Above all, we want to make sure you get the help that you deserve. We are happy to provide referrals or sliding-scale information as needed.
